Things you should know about the course!
This coaching program is 3 sessions and doesn’t have any outside “work” to do between sessions. Although, I do have clients mention that it percolates in the background. So, if you already have a journaling practice this may be a source of inspiration for what to journal about.
If you struggle with spending money on your own growth and development, please hear this. You have the right to put yourself and your needs into the equation. It’s not special treatment. It’s the same treatment.
