This module introduces you to the Self-connection Success Model, the Self-connection Framework and you will uncover what gets in the way of having what matters to you.
Module 4:
Peruse for Your Purpose
Learn why your purpose can seem unclear and what to do when you have that experience.
Module 2:
Identify Your Basic Requirements
Diving deeper into the Self-connection Framework you will learn the 9 needs to thrive and one practice that reveals your basic requirements.
Module 5:
Align to What Matters to YOU!
Practice a technique to help you practice self-care anytime and anywhere. Create an empowering slogan that reminds you of what matters to you.
Module 3:
Prioritize Your Preferences
Uncover your relationship to wanting and how it can keep you enduring suffocating situations.

The problem was I was missing Self-connection. I related to what I needed and wanted like they didn’t exist. So I ended up doing what everyone else wanted me to do and very little of what I wanted to do. I burned out. I was exhausted, resentful, and disillusioned.
That’s why I created a model of success that includes Self-connection. Self-connection is the foundation of self-care and the core of success.
